Serafim Pavlovich Subbotin ({{IPAc-en|s|ə|'|b|ɒ|t|ɪ|n}}; born January 15, 1921 - April 22, 1996) was a MiG-15 pilot of the Soviet Union. He was a flying ace during the Korean War, with around 9 victories.[1] He was awarded Hero of the Soviet Union. Some sources claim Subbotin had up to 15 victories, though most sources agree on 9.[2] See also - List of Korean War flying aces
