Education: Kyiv Frunze Higher All-Army College, army intelligence (1993); Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, MA in Finance (2004) 1993-1995 — officer, anti-corruption department, Security Service of Ukraine, 1995-2001 – top-manager, partner - Ukrainian energy trade, heavy machinery, military industry companies 2002 – Member of Parliament, independent.[1]2004- Official representative of Viktor Yushchenko in Volyn oblast, participant of Orange revolution. 2005-2010 — Director General, State company for export and import of military and special products and services “Ukrspetsexport”.
