He is the creative head of the label ‘Blank Spot’, which works primarily on sustainable design for apparel and accessories. Early life and educationDutta had an interest in political science, art and philosophy while he was in school.[1] In 2004, he entered the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kolkata, opting for the Textile Design Department. He graduated four years later, winning Best All Round Performance for the batch 2004-2008.[2] LabelIn 2009, Dutta launched his label, Blank Spot. He started working mostly with leather and textiles, making eco-friendly garments and bags.
