They operate in over 20 countries and localize their platform for each market.[1] ShowClix partners include fandom conventions, museums, festivals, attractions, and consumer shows. Brands like New York Comic Con, Ice Castles, The Daily Show, PAX, and MoMa have used ShowClix for their events.[2] Recognition
HistoryThe company was founded in 2007 by Joshua Dziabiak and Lynsie Campbell, initially as an event registration database. The pair later focused their efforts on creating a web-based ticketing solution. Prior to forming the company, Dziabiak met Campbell while working together at Spreadshirt, an online platform for creating and selling personalized apparel.[7] On July 31, 2017, ShowClix received a strategic investment by Providence Strategic Growth (“PSG”), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, a global private equity firm with more than $50 billion in assets under management.[8] With that investment, ShowClix and the powerful CRM solution PatronManager became the first two products of Patron Technology. Subsequent products include the self-serve ticketing service Ticketleap, the integrated ticketing and patron management program SeatAdvisor, the web and mobile development program Greencopper, the experiential marketing technology service Thuzi, the event management software Marcato, and the integrated fan experience service FISH Technologies. Under Patron Technology, these products have come together to become one of the largest, leading event companies today. Currently, Brian Arnone is the CRO of Patron Technology, Nate Good is the CTO of Patron Technology, and Rachel Bullock is the GM of ShowClix.[9] ServicesShowClix tools include:
