Siskiwit Lake[1][2] is a small eutrophic[3] lake on the Bayfield Peninsula in Bayfield County in northern Wisconsin in the United States. The lake is located about {{convert|4.5|mi|km}} south of Siskiwit Bay, an arm of Lake Superior, and about {{convert|2|mi|km}} north of the northern boundary of Chequamegon National Forest. Duluth-Superior is about {{convert|48|mi|km}} to the west. Parts of the small town of Bell border the lake, and there are several houses and vacation cabins[2] on the lake, most on the north shore. The nearest major road, Wisconsin Highway 13, is about {{convert|3.5|mi|km}} to the north, and the nearest large town, Washburn, is about {{convert|14|mi|km}}[5] to the southeast, down County Highway C.

Siskiwit Lake is {{convert|285|acre|km2}} in area with a maximum depth of {{convert|13|ft|m}}[3][4] and a shoreline circumference of {{convert|4|mi|km|spell=in}}.[5] The lake contains a {{convert|2|acre|m2|adj=on|spell=in}} island, Long Island (another small quasi-island, Round Island, is actually attached to the mainland). The deeper part of the lake is to the east, with a long narrow bay stretching northwest of Long Island.[5] The lake drains at the eastern end into the Siskiwit River which flows (via Little Siskiwit Lake) into Siskiwit Bay at Cornucopia.

Siskiwit Lake is used for fishing. Panfish is present.[4] Walleye is present[3] in abundance.[4][5] Also present are Smallmouth Bass,[3][4][5] Bluegill,[3][5] Crappie, Pumpkinseed, Sucker, and Yellow Perch,[6] and Brook Trout.[3] There is a boat ramp.[3][4]
