- 1981 (Showa '56): June 1, debut album "Jay-Walk", 1st single "Just Bikozu" release ( Tokuma Japan bourbon ).
- 1988 (Showa '63): May, transfer to Merudakku record company.
- 1993 (Heisei '5): December, the first Arena tour (Nagoya Rainbow Hall, Nippon Budokan, Osaka Castle Hall).
- 1993 (Heisei '5): December 31, 44th NHK Red and White Singing Contest ("Nani mo Ienakute… natsu ")
- 1994 (Heisei '6): December 15, concert in Hong Kong Queen Elizabeth Stadium.
- 1995 (Heisei '7): February, band name changed to the JAYWALK.
- 1995 (Heisei '7): March 8/9, China flag at Shanghai Stadium of the People's Republic of China, held a concert for the first time as a rock band in Japan.
- 2002 (Heisei '14): December, transfer to Nippon Crown record company.
- 2008 (Heisei '20): April, Masaki Asakawa officially joined as a new member.
- 2010 (Heisei '22): March 9, Koichi Nakamura be arrested for Stimulant Drug Control Law violations.
- 2010 (Heisei '22): September 5, discipline of Nakamura, and activity resume as a special unit JAYWALK5 with other members.
- 2011 (Heisei '23): March 10, Koichi Nakamura leaves the band.
- 2011 (Heisei '23): May 27, Hidemasa Mabuchi, Aoki Momoko joined as new members. Newborn JAYWALK starting.
- 2011 (Heisei '23): August 8, it announced that THE JAYWALK is the new name of the band.
