It is found in North America, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Manitoba, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.[2] The wingspan is about 18 mm.
