CareerYouthMsutwana represented the {{Rut Border Bulldogs}} at a number of youth tournaments. In 2006, he was included in the squad for the 2006 Under-13 Craven Week tournament. In 2009, he played at the Under-16 Grant Khomo Week. He also played at Under-18 level at both the 2010 Academy Week and 2011 Craven Week competitions. He joined the {{Rut Sharks (Currie Cup)}} Academy for 2012, where he played for the {{Rut Sharks U19}} side during the 2012 Under-19 Provincial Championship competition. He returned to the Eastern Cape in 2013, joining the {{Rut Eastern Province Kings}}. He appeared in five matches during the 2013 Under-21 Provincial Championship season, scoring a try within 8 minutes of his first start in the {{Rut Eastern Province U21}} side's 87–17 victory over {{Rut Falcons U21}}.[2] Senior careerHe was included in the {{Rut Eastern Province Kings}} senior side for the 2014 Vodacom Cup season.
