The shares of stock of Stanchart Zambia are listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange (LUSE), where they trade under the symbol: SCBL.[4] OwnershipStanchart Zambia is a subsidiary of the Standard Chartered Bank, an International financial services conglomerate, headquartered in London in the United Kingdom, with operations in more than sixty countries and a network of over 1,700 branches, employing in excess of 86,000 people. The stock of Standard Chartered is listed on London Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange in India.[5] As of December 2017, the shares of stock of Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Limited was owned by the following entities.[3]

Management BoardThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of Standard Chartered Bank (Zambia) is Herman Kizito Kasekende, appointed in February 2017. Kasekende s a native of Uganda, who has been with the Standard Chartered Bank Group since 1998. He previously served as the CEO and Managing Director of Standard Chartered Uganda.
