Sunner (Punjabi: ਸੁੰਨੜ) is a Punjabi Jatt got or clan found in the Punjab region of India. The Sunner clan is very rare and is predominantly found in Jalandhar, Punjab, in the region of Doaba. There are two villages in the Jalandhar district of Punjab - Sunner Kalan ਸੁੰਨੜ ਕਲਾਂ (near Nurmahal) & Sunner Khurd ਸੁੰਨੜ ਖੁਰਦ (near Rurka Kalan). There are villages located in the Kapurthala district of Punjab - Sunranwala (ਸੁੰਨੜਾਵਾਲਾ), Rampur Sunra (ਰਾਮਪੁਰ ਸੁੰਨੜਾਂ) and Sunran Rajputan (ਸੁੰਨੜਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਤਾਂ). Sunner's have settled abroad in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, United States of America, and New Zealand.{{cn|date=April 2018}} Some people of this clan also spell this name as Sunnar or Sonner.
