TELUS International Europe is a European provider of multilingual contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions and a member of TELUS International. TELUS International is a global business process outsourcing company with about 25 000 employees around the world, including in Canada, the United States, Europe, Latin America, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

History

TELUS International Europe is a European provider of multilingual contact center and BPO solutions and a member of TELUS International.

  • 2004 - CallPoint founded in Sofia by Xavier Marcenac, Philippe Ougrinov and Olga Marcenac;
  • 2007 - CallPoint Romania founded in Bucharest, by Yann Bidan and Grégoire Vigroux;
  • 2009 - Opening of the second site in Bulgaria, in Plovdiv;
  • 2011 - EBRD becomes shareholder in CallPoint;
  • 2012 - Opening of the second site in Romania, in Craiova. CallPoint joins TELUS International;
  • 2013 - 1,000 employees at European level, about 16 000 employees around the world;
  • 2014 - CallPoint becomes TELUS International Europe;
  • 2015 - About 2 000 employees in Europe.
  • 2016 - About 25 000 employees globally.
