Not to be confused with <Ћ> or <Ђ>. Te with middle hook is used in the old Abkhaz and old Ossetian languages. The Abkhaz language, Ҭ has been used previously to be standardized as Ҧ where it represents the aspirated voiceless alveolar plosive {{IPA|/tʰ/}}.
