The Charles Dickens School is part of the Barton Court Academy Trust (BCAT). [2] The Charles Dickens School offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils, though the school no longer has a Sixth Form.[3] All pupils in Years 7 and 8 will follow the National Curriculum and in Years 9 to 11 they will have the opportunity to study a range of GCSE, Applied BTEC, Technical and Creative subjects. The curriculum has been designed to meet the needs of all learners.
