The barangay's total land area is {{convert|32|ha|abbr=out}}.[1] Tintinan is the smallest barangay in the municipality. According to the {{PH wikidata|population_as_of}}, it has a population of {{PH wikidata|population_total}}, with a population density of {{convert|{{sigfig|{{formatnum:{{PH wikidata|population_total}}}}/{{formatnum:{{PH wikidata|area}}}}|2}}|PD/sqkm}} making it the second most densely populated barangay in the municipality.{{PH census|current}} Tintinan celebrates its annual fiesta on 29 September in honor of their patron saint.
