}} Tipat Cantok is one of Bali's famous local foods. It contains "tipat" seasoned with ground peanut. It looks similar the Javanese "Tahu Bumbu," only with fewer ingredients. OriginTipat cantok originated in Bali. The word "Tipat" refers to rice packed in a diamond shaped leaf, which serves as a replacement for rice. Any additional red pepper is optional. See also
