释义 |
In molecular biology, P73 antisense RNA 1T (non-protein coding), also known as TP73-AS1 or PDAM, is a long non-coding RNA. It may regulate apoptosis via regulation of p53-dependent anti-apoptotic genes. It may play a role in the development of oligodendroglial tumours.[1] References1. ^{{cite journal |vauthors=Pang JC, Li KK, Lau KM, Ng YL, Wong J, Chung NY, etal | title=KIAA0495/PDAM is frequently downregulated in oligodendroglial tumors and its knockdown by siRNA induces cisplatin resistance in glioma cells. | journal=Brain Pathol | year= 2010 | volume= 20 | issue= 6 | pages= 1021–32 | pmid=20477830 | doi=10.1111/j.1750-3639.2010.00405.x | pmc= | url=https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/elink.fcgi?dbfrom=pubmed&tool=sumsearch.org/cite&retmode=ref&cmd=prlinks&id=20477830 }} Further reading
