Antrim.[1] It has a long oval shape with white skin and flesh which has a semiwaxy texture, reasonable flavour with good cooking quality, and a fairly good yield.[2] This variety has a red violet coloured flower and a pink sprout colour. It also has a high resistance to late blight on the tubers as well as well as the plant foliage.[3] References1. ^http://www.europotato.org/display_description.php?variety_name=ULSTER%20EMBLEM {{Potato cultivars}}{{Ireland-stub}}2. ^Irish Seed Savers Spring 2010 Seed List 3. ^{{Cite web|url=https://www.europotato.org/display_description.php?variety_name=Ulster%20Emblem|title=The European Cultivated Potato Database|website=www.europotato.org|access-date=2016-12-01}} 1 : Potato cultivars |
