Tindastóll is a multisport club and is best known for its men's basketball team which plays in the top-tier Úrvalsdeild karla. Basketball{{main|Tindastóll (basketball club)}}As of the 2017-2018 season, Tindastóll men's basketball team plays in Úrvalsdeild karla.
