Personal lifeHe has two brothers: Savo and Nikola (born 1983), who also a volleyball player and also European Champion 2011. National teamHe is a gold medalist of European Championship 2011[1] In 2011 Kovačević received award from Olympic Committee of Serbia and DSL Sport for best young athlete.[2] He was a member of the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
