The slightly smaller Mars Lake and the somewhat larger Neptune Lake are nearby, to the northwest. Venus Lake is {{convert|64|acre|km2}} in area with a maximum depth of {{convert|21|ft|m}}.[2][3] Venus Lake is used for fishing.
