}} The View River Neighborhood Association is a community located at Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This place can be seen near the San Mateo River, near the intersection of Quezon City, Rizal, and Marikina City. The population is approximately, under 200 people, living here; less than 60 families are involved as of August 2012. Each rainy season, there is a chance the river may overflow and flood into the View River's houses. 18 meters water level above the Marikina River base level is the level to the floor of the houses. More than 18 meters of water level will start the river's water entering the communities' houses.
