The population was 294 at the 2010 census. The racial makeup of the town was 99.0% White, 0.3% African American, and 0.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.7% of the population. There were 110 households of which 37.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.9% were married couples living together, 12.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.6% had a male householder with no wife present, and 32.7% were non-families. 21.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.67 and the average family size was 3.09. The median age in the town was 38 years. 25.5% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.9% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 28.9% were from 25 to 44; 24.7% were from 45 to 64; and 12.9% were 65 years of age or older. The racial makeup of the town was 100.00% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.60% of the population. There were 130 households out of which 31.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.7% were married couples living together, 6.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.1% were non-families. 25.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.58 and the average family size was 3.11. In the town, the population was spread out with 25.6% under the age of 18, 9.2% from 18 to 24, 30.7% from 25 to 44, 20.5% from 45 to 64, and 14.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.0 males. The median income for a household in the town was $18,125, and the median income for a family was $19,625. Males had a median income of $19,063 versus $13,000 for females. The per capita income for the town was $7,978.
