Wayne Harold Holtzman (born January 16, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois)[1] is an American psychologist, currently the Hogg Professor Emeritus at University of Texas at Austin, and formerly a president of the International Union of Psychological Science and Texas Psychological Association.[1] He developed the Holtzman Inkblot Test. He received his bachelors in 1944 from Northwestern University and a Ph.D. in psychology and statistics from Stanford University in 1950.
