The extended play was self-released by Basshunter on 1 April 2006. Welcome to Rainbow comprising four tracks, which was re-released on further Basshunter studio albums. Background and releaseThe single release of "Welcome to Rainbow" was announced by Basshunter on 20 December 2005.[1] Ultimately he self-released it as an extended play on 1 April 2006 in Sweden. Lyrics and music were written by Basshunter. Songs were mastered by Fredrik Jansson. Artwork was done by company Djb Design.[2] The extended play contains four tracks which lasting 18 minutes and 53 seconds. First two tracks are "Welcome to Rainbow" (Original Mix) and his Hardstyle Remix, which is he longest track of this release lasting five minutes and 29 seconds. Two last tracks "Evil Beat" and "Boten Anna" are a bonus tracks.
