The Woodlands Farm Trust is a registered charity that administers the 89-acre Woodlands Urban Farm in Royal Borough of Greenwich, London. The farm was saved by the community from development by house builders in a successful local campaign stretching from 1995 to 1997. It was previously threatened by the Greater London Council plan for the East London river crossing and road scheme which crossed the land and was planned to run through the adjacent ancient forest. The Farm Land is owned by The Co-operative Group a UK consumer co-operative society, but leased to the charity on a 999-year lease at peppercorn rent. The farm is located on ^[1] Shooter's Hill, situated a vein of protected Metropolitan Open strectching from Eltham to Plumstead and Welling in South East London, across Shooter's Hill (A207 road) from Oxleas Wood and located next to the new London Olympic Legacy Horse Riding College.

The farm consists of various farm buildings and storage buildings, an apple tree orchard and nursery, an environmental monitoring pondside location with integrated solar-charged laptops for school children (funded by Lloyds Banking Group, sheep pasteur and 30 acres of rare European Funded Meadow Grass Hay Fields. The charity benefits from tenant allotment keepers, including local schools and from rent on a patch of developed adjacent land.

The former abattoir is now used as an animal interaction area, where cows, sheep, pigs and assorted other animals with their young can interact with school children, visitors and the disabled.

The farm is open most days of the week, with monthly nature walks, and is accessible by bus. The Bridleway gate from Plumstead onto the 89-acre site remains closed due to motorsports and flytyppers. Its annual Apple Day is a major event.
