}}Xanthophyllum ramiflorum is a plant in the family Polygalaceae. The specific epithet {{lang|la|ramiflorum}} is from the Latin meaning "flowering on the branches".^[2]

Description

Xanthophyllum ramiflorum grows as a shrub or tree up to {{convert|30|m|-1}} tall with a trunk diameter of up to {{convert|40|cm|-1}}. The bark is pale brown. The flowers are white, drying yellowish. The roundish fruits are reddish brown and measure up to {{convert|1.2|cm|in|1|abbr=on}} in diameter.^[2]

Distribution and habitat

Xanthophyllum ramiflorum is endemic to Borneo. Its habitat is peatswamp and kerangas forests.^[2]
