Yangjiaqiao Town ({{zh|s=杨嘉桥镇|t=楊嘉橋鎮|p=Yángjiāqiáo Zhèn}}) is an urban town in Xiangtan County, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China.^[1] {{As of|2006|alt=As of the 2006 census}} it had a population of 60,929.

History

In 1995, Yangjiaqiao Town was built.

Geography

Jinqiao Reservoir ({{zh|t=|s=金桥水库|hp=|labels=no}}), Longhua Reservoir ({{zh|t=|s=龙华水库|hp=|labels=no}}), Quantang Reservoir ({{zh|t=|s=泉塘水库|hp=|labels=no}}) and Gaoyetang Reservoir ({{zh|t=|s=高叶塘水库|hp=|labels=no}}) are located in the town.

Lieyanjin River ({{zh|t=|s=列雁金河|hp=|labels=no}}) flows through the town.

Economy

Rice and pig are important to the economy.

Education

There are 15 primary schools, 5 Middle schools located with the town.

Culture

Huaguxi is the most influence local theater.
