The 1995 Cal State Northridge Matadors football team represented Cal State Northridge during the 1995 NCAA Division I-AA football season.

Cal State Northridge competed in American West Conference (AWC). The 1995 Matadors were led by first-year head coach Dave Baldwin. They played home games at North Campus Stadium in Northridge, California. Cal State Northridge finished the season with a record of two wins and eight losses (2–8, 1–2 AWC).
