In the second round, Dukla faced fourth division side Neratovice–Byškovice, winning 4–0 away from home. The third round match against FC MAS Táborsko of the second league was a closer game; goals from Lukáš Štetina and Tomáš Přikryl helped Dukla to a 2–1 away win. In the fourth round, Dukla faced another second league team, being paired with Ústí nad Labem. Dukla won both matches of the two-legged tie by a 3–0 scoreline, going through 6–0 on aggregate. At the quarter final stage, the home game against fellow First League team FK Jablonec finished goalless. The return leg, two weeks later, saw Jablonec win 2–1 and subsequently progress to the semi-final stage at Dukla's expense. This was the third time Jablonec had ended Dukla's cup run in five years, having previously done so in the 2010–11 and 2011–12 editions of the competition. {{footballbox collapsible|round = Second Round |date = 28 August 2015 |time = |team1 = FK Neratovice–Byškovice |score = 0 – 4 |report = Report |team2 = Dukla Prague |goals2 = {{goal|32}} Přikryl {{goal|35}} Kovaľ {{goal|45}} Krmenčík {{goal|70}} Marek Hanousek |stadium = |location = Neratovice |attendance = |referee = Franěk |result = W }}{{footballbox collapsible |round = Third Round |date = 22 September 2015 |time = |team1 = FC MAS Táborsko |score = 1 – 2 |report = Report |team2 = Dukla Prague |goals1 = Ciku {{goal|86}} |goals2 = {{goal|50}} Štetina {{goal|61}} Přikryl |stadium = Sportovní areál Soukeník |location = Sezimovo Ústí |attendance = 1,256[4] |referee = Příhoda |result = W }}{{footballbox collapsible |round = Fourth Round, 1st Leg |date = 20 October 2015 |time = |team1 = FK Ústí nad Labem |score = 0 – 3 |report = Report |team2 = Dukla Prague |goals2 = {{goal|16}} Berger {{goal|58}} Krmenčík {{goal|76}} Marek Hanousek |stadium = Městský stadion |location = Ústí nad Labem |attendance = 2,236 |referee = Nenadál |result = W }}{{footballbox collapsible |round = Fourth Round, 2nd Leg |date = 10 November 2015 |time = |team1 = Dukla Prague |score = 3 – 0 |aggregatescore = 6 – 0 |report = Report |team2 = FK Ústí nad Labem |goals1 = Jurendić {{goal|11}} Jeřábek {{goal|45+1}} Jakub Mareš {{goal|53}} |stadium = Stadion Juliska |location = Prague |attendance = 415 |referee = Jílek |result = W }}{{footballbox collapsible |round = Quarter final, 1st Leg |date = 3 March 2016 |time = |team1 = Dukla Prague |score = 0 – 0 |report = Report |team2 = FK Jablonec |stadium = Stadion Juliska |location = Prague |attendance = 382 |referee = Ardeleánu |result = D }}{{footballbox collapsible |round = Quarter final, 2nd Leg |date = 15 March 2016 |time = |team1 = FK Jablonec |score = 2 – 1 |aggregatescore = 2 – 1 |report = Report |team2 = Dukla Prague |goals1 = Doležal {{goal|52||59}} |goals2 = {{goal|53}} Beauguel |stadium = Stadion Střelnice |location = Jablonec nad Nisou |attendance = 730 |referee = Příhoda |result = L }} References1. ^{{cite web|title=Soupiska prvního týmu – První tým|url=http://www.fkdukla.cz/soupiska.asp|language=Czech|publisher=fkdukla.cz (Dukla Prague)|accessdate=22 September 2015}} {{Use dmy dates|date=September 2017}}{{DEFAULTSORT:2015-16 FK Dukla Prague season}}2. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.fkdukla.cz/zobraz.asp?t=realizacni-tym|title=Realizační tým: A-tým!|language=Czech|work=fkdukla.cz|date=n.d.|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20130807084118/http://fkdukla.cz/zobraz.asp?t=realizacni-tym|archivedate=7 August 2013}} 3. ^{{cite web |url=http://fotbal.idnes.cz/databanka.aspx?t=st_divaci&id=1000403 |title=Divácké statistiky Synot liga 2015/2016 |language=Czech|publisher=idnes.cz |date=n.d. |accessdate=12 September 2017}} 4. ^https://int.soccerway.com/matches/2015/09/22/czech-republic/cup/fk-spartak-sezimovo-usti/ac-dukla-praha/2154984/?ICID=PL_MS_01 2 : Czech Republic football clubs 2015–16 season|FK Dukla Prague seasons |
