Its started later on December 9[1] and finished on 25 March, the season finished the earliest of any of the country's island leagues. The tournament was organized by the Santo Antão North Regional Football Association (Associação Regional de Futebol de Zona Norte do Santo Antão, ARFZNSA).[2] Os Foguetões won their second championship title, their next in nine years and finished with 22 points, later they are currently participating in the 2018 Cape Verdean Football Championships on April 7, it was also be the second that had three groups each and Os Foguetões was placed in Group B The scheduling were made in September. On the opposites, Paulense conceded the most with 19, the least was Rosariense with seven. The championships and the cup competitions took a break until January 6.
