It is the 11th season since it was renamed from the ULEB Cup to the EuroCup, and the third season under the title sponsorship name of 7DAYS. Team allocationA total of 24 teams participate in the 2018–19 EuroCup Basketball.[1] DistributionThe table below shows the default access list.[1]
TeamsThe labels in the parentheses show how each team qualified for the place of its starting round:[1][2][3]
Round and draw datesThe schedule of the competition is as follows.[4][5]
DrawThe draw was held on 5 July 2018 at the Mediapro Auditorium in Barcelona.[5] The 24 teams were drawn into four groups of six, with the restriction that teams from the same country could not be drawn against each other. For this purpose, Adriatic League worked as only one country. For the draw, the teams were seeded into six pots, in accordance with the Club Ranking, based on their performance in European competitions during a three-year period and the lowest possible position that any club from that league can occupy in the draw is calculated by adding the results of the worst performing team from each league.[5]
{{note|1|†}} Indicates teams with points applying the minimum for the league they play.{{refend}} The fixtures were decided after the draw, using a computer draw not shown to public, with the following match sequence:[5] Note: Positions for scheduling do not use the seeding pots, e.g., Team 1 is not necessarily the team from Pot 1 in the draw.
There were scheduling restrictions: for example, teams from the same city in general are not scheduled to play at home on the same round (to avoid them playing at home on the same day or on consecutive days, due to logistics and crowd control).[5] Regular season{{Location map+ |Europe |width=600 |float=right |caption=Location of teams of the 2018–19 EuroCup regular season.Red: Group A; Green: Group B; Blue: Group C; Yellow: Group D. |places={{Location map~ |Europe |lat=45.807778 |long=15.951944 |label=Cedevita|position=right|mark=Green pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=43.727606 |long=7.415614 |label=Monaco|position=bottom|mark=Red pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=45.847464 |long=1.243358 |label=Limoges CSP|position=top|mark=Green pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=45.766389 |long=4.907222 |label=ASVEL|position=bottom|mark=Blue pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=52.505556 |long=13.443333 |label=Berlin|position=top|mark=Green pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=50.101111 |long=8.527222 |label=Skyliners|position=top|mark=Yellow pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=48.381833 |long=10.004806 |label=Ulm|position=top|mark=Red pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=46.041 |long=11.1227 |label=Trento|position=top|mark=Blue pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=45.057742 |long=7.632442 |label=Torino|position=top|mark=Yellow pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=45.527222 |long=10.174722 |label=Brescia|position=bottom|mark=Red pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=54.716333 |long=25.279944 |label=Rytas|position=right|mark=Yellow pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=42.103370 |long=19.094310 |label=Mornar|position=top|mark=Yellow pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=54.498889 |long=18.531389 |label=Gdynia|position=bottom|mark=Green pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=55.781897 |long=49.126953 |label=UNICS|position=right|mark=Yellow pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=59.950278 |long=30.291944 |label=Zenit|position=right|mark=Blue pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=45.1175 |long=38.981389 |label=Lokomotiv|position=right|mark=Green pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=44.815517 |long=20.485111 |label=Belgrade|position=right|mark=Black pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=39.451619 |long=-0.366133 |label=Valencia|position=right|mark=Blue pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=42.504833 |long=1.516639 |label=Andorra|position=left|mark=Red pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=36.682467 |long=-4.460628 |label=Unicaja|position=top|mark=Yellow pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=39.937847 |long=32.843896 |label=Türk Telekom|position=right|mark=Blue pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=40.98855 |long=28.853931 |label=Galatasaray|position=top|mark=Red pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |lat=40.227278 |long=28.971969 |label=Tofaş|position=bottom|mark=Green pog.svg}}{{Location map~ |Europe |mark=TransparentPlaceholder.png |marksize=1 |lat=65 |long=55 |label= {{nowrap|Belgrade teams}} |position=right}}{{nowrap| Crvena zvezda Partizan}} }} In each group, teams played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format.
