725 Ponce is a 190-million-dollar[1] mixed-use development under construction at 725 Ponce de Leon Avenue along the Atlanta BeltLine in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. It includes a 360,000-square-foot, 12 story office tower atop a new Kroger supermarket replacing the Kroger (nicknamed "Murder Kroger") store demolished in 2016, which will connect to the BeltLine trail[2] via a set of "M.C. Escher-esque steps", restaurants and a covered outside patio[3] References1. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.atlantamagazine.com/news-culture-articles/one-massive-beltline-adjacent-project-aims-change-old-fourth-ward/|title=How one massive, BeltLine-adjacent project aims to change Old Fourth Ward|date=19 January 2018|publisher=|accessdate=9 March 2018}} 2. ^{{cite web|url=https://creativeloafing.com/content-219457-Goodbye,-Murder-Kroger.-Hello,-725-Ponce.|title=Goodbye, Murder Kroger.
