It is based on the life of lawyer and dedicated to the eminent public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam. Aadesh- The Power of Law is the first ever film made in India about public prosecutors and is a court drama.^[1]

Suvahhdan Angre will be seen as portraying the title character of Public Prosecutor inspired by Advocate Ujjwal Nikam in this film. This is First Film of Suvahhdan Angre as Director.

Filming

It was made on a low budget and shot in complete secrecy.^[2] Scenes were shot at locality of Pune.
