He is the CEO of "Foundation Holdings" which is a healthcare and education investment company.[1][2] Education and personal lifeAbhishek earned his engineering and applied life sciences degree from the University of Pennsylvania in USA.[3] Finished his school in Dubai at Modern High School.[4] CareerSince November 2016 till March 2019 Abhishek Sharma was part of founding “Foundation Holdings" in addition to that he served as its CEO, the company investments are on behalf of six families which they are Murtadha Sultan, Adel Abdullah Ali, Neelesh Bhatnagar, Karim Merchant, and Justin Connor, in addition to Sharma family that holds 37% of it. Foundation Holdings provides services in education, healthcare and consumer sectors in India and GCC.[1] Before that and in November 2014, he became one of the founding management members of Amanat Holdings[5][6]. Abhishek returned to Dubai in 2008 and held a senior leadership role at UAE’s Ithmar Capital for six years, where his work focusing on buyout and growth equity investments.[4] In 2005, Abhishek joined Sun Capital Partners in USA.[7] Before that during the period (2002-2003) Abhishek served as an Analyst at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, later moving on to Lehman Brothers.[1] Awards and Achievements
