Yossi Zekri was named CEO & President in 2008. Acuant has been private equity-backed since 2013 by Egis Capital, Insight Venture Partners and Lightview Capital. In May 2016, Acuant acquired Assure-Tec Technologies,[5] a provider of identity document authentication and data capture solutions. In 2017, Acuant acquired Ozone® from Mount Airy Group [6]. See also
