Aenon Bible College is a religious higher education institution headqurtered in 3919 North Meadows Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana. Besides the main on campus program of studies, the college also runs actively a Distance Learning program and an online education system. It serves as a training center for ministers of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW)

History

The college was founded by ministers Karl F. Smith and Labaugh Stansbury to prepare monisters for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. The proposal was approved by the general assembly of the Pentecostal Assemblies in 1940 and the college was dedicated on January 16, 1941 in a ceremony at the Church of Christ of Apostolic Faith (CCAF)in Columbus, Ohio pastored by Karl F. Smith. The college moved to its independent three story 16-room campus in 1944. After serving for 25 years, the campus was destroyed by a major fire in 1969. The campus moved temporarily to CCAF campus and later 1978 to the newly-acquired Pentecostal Plaza in Indianapolis with the move completed in 1981. A final move was effected in 1996 to present location at 3919 Meadows Drive, a 3-storey 2300 sq. feet building. Aenon Bible College has an enrollment averaging two thousand including enrollees in over 100 satellite institutes around the world. Cureent president is Bishop Michael D. Hannah Sr.[1]

Aenon School of Theology and Bible College

Bishop Frank R. Bowdan established Aenon Los Angeles as a "quasi extension" of Aenon Bible College. The West Coast branch headed by Dr. Norma Sylvester Jackson became highly recognized and upon her death in 2005, the college underwent a transition and in 2007 the Aenon School of Theology and Bible College (AST) was established at 21200 South Figueroa Street, Carson, CA[2] independently of Aenon Bible College.
