Albert A. Solliday (February 13, 1841 – December 13, 1924) was an American dentist, soldier, and politician. Born in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, Solliday graduated from Circleville High School in Circleville, Ohio. During the American Civil War, Solliday served in the 114th Ohio Regiment. In 1868, Solliday moved to Watertown, Wisconsin where he worked in the dentistry profession. Solliday served on the Watertown Common Council and as Mayor of Watertown. He also served on the Watertown School Board and was president of the school. In 1892, Solliday was elected in a special election to the Wisconsin State Senate and served until 1899. Solliday was a Democrat. During the Spanish–American War, Solliday served in the Wisconsin National Guard with the Watertown Rifles division as a brigadier general. Solliday was stationed in Porto Rico during the Spanish–American War.
