}}Al Qama, Al Kama, Alqama, Alkama or Alaqama (died 722) was a distinguished muslim general at the north of the Iberian Peninsula at the beginning of the 8th century.[1]

By order of Munuza, governor of the Kingdom of Asturias, Al Qama commanded an army with the mission to end with the riot of don Pelayo.[1] Being Pelayo in Mountain Auseva Hill, the army arrived and prepared several tents in the entrance of the cave,[2] Al Qama ordered to start the battle, soldiers catch the arms and they began to throw stones into the cave, but Pelayo and his army counterattacked and Al Qama ran away.[1]

Al Qama was unsuccessful and died in the battle of Covadonga, so his army dispersed and were expelled from Asturias.[1]
