Amplify Trading is a UK-based company providing practical training for the financial sector. The company is based in the City of London and works with both individual traders and large institutions such as investment banks and universities in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and United States. HistoryWilliam de Lucy and Piers Curran, who previously worked as intra-day futures traders at Goldenberg Hehmeyer LLP, founded the company in 2009. Amplify Trading moved its trading floor from Canary Wharf to the City of London in October 2013, and opened a second training facility in February 2015 in order to accommodate further expansion of the firm's operations.
