The film premiered in June 2018 at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival.[3] The film was dedicated to the medical team at the Vancouver General Hospital, who saved Snowden's life in 2017 when she was diagnosed with acute interstitial pneumonitis during the making of the film.[4] The film was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 91st Academy Awards,[5] but lost to the Pixar short Bao.[6] In March it won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 7th Canadian Screen Awards.[7] References1. ^[https://calgaryfilm2018.eventive.org/films/5b80ebc84844d10014687443#!
