It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1932. It is found in Peru.[1] The wingspan is about 22 mm. The forewings are pale ochreous, with a few scattered fuscous specks and the discal stigmata dark fuscous, the first forming a small spot, the second dot-like, the plical elongate, black and obliquely beyond the first discal. There is a slight fuscous dot towards the costa beyond the middle and a marginal series of dark fuscous dots around the posterior part of the costa and termen.
