It first gained attention through their Amaran 528w led light. The company later released the studio-grade panel, Light Storm LS-1. In 2017 Aputure started producing the Light Storm 300d, which won several awards at major trade shows including NAB and IBC. The company currently has branches in Los Angeles, Shenzhen, and Amsterdam. Aputure received a number of awards including Best NAB Product for 2018, NAB Audience Award 2017, Best Lighting Product 2017, and others.[8][9][10] ProductsAputure has two lines of lighting products including the Amaran line (budget use), and the Light Storm line (professional use).
