Notable discoveriesDuring his diving expeditions he discovered and identified several important wrecks like the steam ship SS Oria (one of the biggest disasters in maritime history with more that 4100 human losses),[1] the German submarine U-133[2]{{fv|date=July 2018}} and the steamship Himara{{cn|date=July 2018}} (the biggest tragedy in Greek waters in peacetime with 389 human losses).
