Aurionpro Solutions Limited is a software developer. Headquartered in Mumbai, India, and San Ramon, California, the company maintains 22 offices across twelve countries. Founded in 1997, Aurionpro has over 1400 employees and over 100 clients with annual revenue of Rs 737.14 Cr ($120MN USD).{{citation needed|date=September 2018}}

On 6 March 2014, Samir Shah, former COO of Aurionpro, was appointed as the CEO.[1] Aurionpro is listed on the BSE (stock symbol BSE: 532668) and NSE (NSE: Aurionpro) and had a market capitalization of Rs 3,557B as of November 2018.[2]

History

The company was incorporated on 31 October 1997, as Value Added Information Distribution Services Private Limited. The name of the company was changed to VAIDS Technologies Private Limited on 30 April 200,1 and subsequently to Aurionpro Solutions Private Limited on 18 September 2003.{{citation needed|date=September 2018}}

It was founded by Amit Sheth and Paresh Zaveri. Prior to Aurionpro, Amit held key positions at Twentieth Century Finance and Lloyds Securities.{{citation needed|date=February 2016}}

Operations

As of October 2015, Aurionpro has over 100 clients across 22 countries. Aurionpro is a global company with 22 offices over 12 countries. In 2015 Aurionpro announced a new sales office in Kenya. Currently, the company has over 1400+ employees.{{citation needed|date=February 2016}}

  • In 2004-05, Aurionpro acquired Infobyte.
  • In 2005-06, Aurionpro acquired SPS Technologies and Coban Corporation.
  • In 2007, Aurionpro acquired E2E Infotech Ltd. and Singapore based technology provider Integro Technologies Pte. Ltd.
  • In April 2008 Aurionpro acquired SENA Systems, the identity and access management consulting organization headquartered in Metro Park, New Jersey.
  • In Nov 2009 Aurionpro entered in an agreement to acquire Silicon Tech Corporation eTechnosoft in an all-cash deal.
  • In Dec 2009 AurionPro Solutions Ltd acquired Cyberlog's supply chain product suite from Arshiya International Ltd.’s Technology Subsidiary
  • In February 2011, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company viz, Aurionpro Solutions Inc, USA, entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Virat, Inc, USA to acquire all the assets of Virat through composite deal of cash and swap of equity shares of Enline PLC., U.K. for equity shares of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd.
  • In July 2012, Aurionpro Solutions acquires Enline plc, the leading U.K.-based Oracle Identity Management systems implementer
  • In August 2012, Aurionpro solutions signed an agreement to acquire 100% control of SEEinfobiz Private Ltd.
  • In June 2015, Aurionpro Solutions Ltd completed merger and allotted 15 Lakh shares to Intellvisions Software ltd.
