Early life and education

Singh was born in Marahata, Tehsil Campiarganj, Gorakhpur from Parmeshvar Singh. he earned Graduate Political Science Prachin Historical Sainya Science degree from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University in Year 1991.^[1]

Political career

Singh has been a member of the 15th, 16th and 17th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. Since 2007 he has represented the Pharenda constituency and is a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party.^[1]

in 2007 (15th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh), elections Singh was deafeated Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Virendra Chaudhary by a margin of 8,914 votes.^[2]
in 2012 elections (Sixteenth Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh), Singh was deafeated Indian National Congress candidate Virendra Chaudhary by a margin of 13,335 votes.^[2]
in 2017 elections (Seventeenth Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh), Singh was again deafeated Indian National Congress candidate Virendra Chaudhary by a margin of 2,354 votes.^[2]
