Appa Rao under the Quality Pictures banner[2] and directed by C. V. Ganesh.[3] It stars Rajendra Prasad, Dr. Rajasekhar and Ramya Krishna in the lead roles, with music composed by Sivaji Raja.[4][5] PlotJai Kumar (Rajendra Prasad) and Vijaykanth (Dr. Rajasekhar) are best friends and soulmates from childhood. Jai becomes a Police Officer and Vijay an Advocate. Their friendship turns into a relationship when both marry each other's sisters Ramya (Ramya Krishna) and Kalpana (Kalpana) respectively. Vijay has another best friend Ranjeet Kumar (Sarath Babu), an industrialist and multimillionaire. But Jai doesn't have a good impression on Ranjeet and he strongly believes that Ranjeet is involved in many illegal activities. Meanwhile, Ranjeet loves his secretary Rupa (Jeevitha Rajashekar), but unfortunately, Rupa dies in a suspicious situation and the blame comes onto Ranjeet. Jai arrests Ranjeet and Vijay takes up the case as defense counsel where a clash arises between brothers-in-law and they challenge each other, which disturbs their personal life too. At last, Jai & Vijay realizes that there is one more person called Parasuram (again Sarath Babu), identical to Ranjeet, who is used by Ranjeet's relative Bulliraju (Kaasi Viswanath) to implicate Ranjeet in various crimes so that he can grab his property. Jai and Vijay join together and catch the original criminals and Ranjeet is acquitted. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note by three friends continuing their friendship. Cast
