Youth careerNadjem began his youth career with SC Concordia. Nadjem played also in the youth of FC St. Pauli before making his debut for the second team of St. Pauli. CareerFC St.PauliNadjem played 3 games in the 2013–2014 season with St. Pauli.[1] In his second season he became a regular starter for the team and played 24 games and received 3 yellow cards.[2] In his 3rd season he played 25 games and received 6 yellow cards. [3] In the 2016–2017 season he made his first assist.
