{{notability|date=October 2018}}Better New Zealand is an unregistered political party in New Zealand. The party advocates lower taxes, the removal of excise duties from petrol, alcohol and tobacco, and the legalisation of cannabis.^[1] It opposes any action on climate change.^[2] The party is led by Daniel McCaffrey, a former candidate for the New Zealand Labour Party and member of the party's "backbone club" during the 1980s.^[1]

The party has not yet taken any steps towards registration with the New Zealand Electoral Commission.^[1]
