Morgan won the bronze medal in the women's triples during the 1996 World Outdoor Bowls Championship and a silver medal with Caroline Taylor in the women's pairs at the 2004 World Outdoor Bowls Championship in Leamington Spa.[2] She was awarded an MBE in 2005 before winning a silver medal in the singles at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
