Ruparel College[15] to study science and later dropped out[16] and then completed his bachelor's degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.[17][18] CareerIn 1998 with a capital of ₹25,000[19][20] (US$375), Bhavin Turakhia at the age of 18, started his first tech venture Directi with his brother Divyank Turakhia.[21][4][22][23][24] In 2014, Bhavin and Divyank sold four of their web presence companies – BigRock, LogicBoxes, ResellerClub, and Webhosting.info – to Nasdaq-listed U.S.-based web-hosting firm Endurance International Group, for $160 million.[25][26] In August 2016, Bhavin and Divyank Turakhia sold off their Dubai and New York-based ad-technology company Media.net, founded in 2010, to a Chinese Consortium for $900 million.[27][28] Mr. Zhiyong Zhang, who is the chairman of Beijing Miteno Communication Technology led the Consortium. Beijing Miteno Communication Technology is a technology, media and telecom company.
